General Policies
I am aware of and understand the following:
- Lessons are non-refundable, but may be cancelled through the Student Portal with at least 24 hours’ notice to receive a makeup credit. Lessons cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be made up. If the cancellation request is sent through email or another method instead of cancelling through the Student Portal, it is possible we may not see it right away, which may result in us receiving less than 24 hours notice. The only way to guarantee you’ll receive your makeup credit is to log in and cancel the lesson on your own through the Student Portal at least 24 hours before lesson time.
- Makeup credits will expire after 60 days.
- Automated email reminders will be sent 48 hours before each lesson, and I can log in at www.senseandcolor.com at any time to verify my lesson times.
- Monthly invoices are due on the 1st, and a 10% late fee will be added to invoices not paid in full by the 7th.
- To cancel my monthly enrollment, I will need to email staff@senseandcolor.com at least seven full days before the end of the month, and billing will be stopped from that point forward. I will not receive a refund of any fees already paid, but all lessons remaining in the month may still be taken or saved for future use.
COVID-Related Policies
I am aware of and understand the following:
- I agree to wear a mask in the lobby, hallway, and bathroom of the school, and if my teacher requests that I or my student wear a mask during the lesson, I agree to comply.
- If my student or anyone in my household has any reason to suspect a possible covid case (runny nose, fever, cough, loss of taste/smell, possible exposure), I agree to not come to the school that day. I may request to do my lesson online instead, provided I give advance notice of at least 30 minutes.
- In the event of a positive covid diagnosis in my household:
- I will notify the school immediately if there was an in-person lesson within 7 days before the onset of symptoms.
- I will either cancel lessons for a makeup credit (with at least 24 hours’ notice), or I will take my lessons online (with at least 30 minutes’ notice) for at least two full weeks from date of symptom onset.
