Life gets hectic—especially during the holiday season!—which is why we allow students to cancel and reschedule their lessons with just 24 hours’ notice.
But don’t forget that your teachers schedule their days around your lessons too, and 24 hours isn’t much time to change personal plans or fill open lesson spots with other students. Last-minute cancellations should be a rare occurrence, not the norm!
If you know you’ll need to move a lesson, please log into your client profile and cancel it ASAP so we can make other arrangements to use that time. Otherwise, our teachers can be stuck with open (and unpaid) spots we can’t fill, and that’s no good! The week of Dec 24th through the 30th is our holiday break, so there’s no need to cancel anything during that week—but if you need to move a lesson outside that window, please take a moment to do that now.
