Need to Reschedule During the Holidays?

Life gets hectic—especially during the holiday season!—which is why we allow students to cancel and reschedule their lessons with just 24 hours’ notice.

But don’t forget that your teachers schedule their days around your lessons, and 24 hours isn’t much time to change personal plans or fill open lesson spots with other students.

Our holiday break this year spans the week of Mon Dec 23rd through Sun Dec 29th, so there’s no need to cancel anything during that week—but if you need to cancel a lesson outside those dates, please do that now in your client profile so we can make other arrangements to use that time! Otherwise, our teachers can be stuck with open (and unpaid) spots we can’t fill.

If you haven’t cancelled or rescheduled lessons in your client profile yet, here’s how to do that:

• Go to https://senseandcolor.opus1.io/login
• Enter your email address
• Click the button reading “Get A Login Link By Email”
• Check your email for the link to get into your account

To cancel and reschedule lessons, please log into your client profile at least 24 hours in advance and click “cancel” next to the lesson to get a makeup credit. We ask that students do this rather than texting or emailing the school, since texts or emails may not be seen right away. Canceling through the website is much quicker and easier!

To book a makeup lesson, just log into your client profile and click “use” next to the makeup credit, then choose an available time and teacher to book it.

If it’s your first time logging into our system:

• Look for a little padlock icon on your profile page! This will allow you to set a password, so you won’t have to use the email link every time you want to log in. (If you lose your password, you can always use the same steps above to get into your account)
