Cameron Riggs (Online Only)

Note: In late 2024, Cameron moved from Austin to NYC to pursue music, but he still teaches students online! His spots are extremely limited, however, and at this time his schedule is full.

Cameron Riggs began playing piano at the age of four, and was playing professionally by the age of twelve. Cameron recently graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, where he studied Jazz and Philosophy. His primary love is jazz, but he plays, teaches, and enjoys everything from classical piano to the blues. He’s even studying Hindustani classical music!

As a piano teacher, his goal is to give every student the skills and the confidence they need to play whatever makes them happiest, emphasizing improvisation and experimentation as well as providing a strong musical foundation. Cameron is our pick for our most advanced piano students, as well as for students with a strong natural ear for music.
